Rachael is a wife, mother, and Disney-enthusiast. After a decade in the field of education, she decided to combine her passion for Disney and helping others by becoming a travel agent in the summer of 2023. As an annual pass holder and Castaway Club member, she has extensive knowledge of the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Cruise Line. Her favorite Disney moments are spent nestled in a cabin in Fort Wilderness, taking in the nostalgia of Main Street, and watching the magic on her daughters' faces as their favorite characters embrace them in a hug.

Rachael's other travel experiences include sailing Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruises, as well as embarking on several European adventures. Her favorite parts of traveling include seeing the beauty of nature, meeting new people, and learning more about different cultures.
