Hello!  My name is Crystal Schrader and I am so excited to be on this  journey! I have always had an interest in traveling and learning about the ins and out when it comes to planning a great vacation.  I love helping others and putting  a smile on their face and can't wait to help you book a vacation that will be a little less stressful with my help !

 

Before starting this journey, I was a correctional officer for five years and recently switched to working at Cleveland Clinic as a Patient Service Specialist helping patients with appointments, getting information to the providers and other help  they may need. Prior to working in the Neurology department I started in the Emergency Department where I was handling registration for when a patient checks in and ensures we have all the proper information for the visit and billing. 

 

I love taking on tasks  and helping with the  planning and organizing. Once I set my mind on it I have to complete it and make sure it's easy for anyone to understand and  also ensure you have all the information you may need for your trip! Someone who used a travel agent for their honeymoon, I can personally say how great and helpful they can be. We had a wonderful Honeymoon in Jamaica and she ensured everything was handled and answered any questions we had before leaving the  country. The flight in and out were wonderful and she made sure we had all the information we needed prior to leaving for our vacation. I would recommend a travel agent to anyone needing some help especially when traveling to a new location.

Disney will always hold a special place in my heart and love to travel there any chance I get! My first time was actually until my senior year of high school and I quickly returned for a graduation trip cause I enjoyed the trip so much!.There is something for everyone to enjoy throughout the parks, and having someone who knows the ins and outs is the most important tool when planning a trip to Disney World!
